I am Askerov Elkhan, a member of the Association of Tourist Guides of Azerbaijan. In 2013-2017, I received a bachelor's degree in International Relationship from UNEC. In 2017-2020, I received a master's degree in international relationship at Karadeniz Technical University of Turkey. During my Master's studies, I received a one-year tuition fee at the University of Autotonoma de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal under the Erasmus program with a scholarship of the European Commission and continued my studies in Portugal.
